Corporate social responsibility is a high priority for Rosinter Restaurants Holding. This is reflected in a number of ways.

For our employees

We strive to create the best work conditions for our employees by taking care of their well-being and offering them career and professional opportunities. The company runs a number of training centers where our employees develop and upgrade their restaurant and managerial skills. The company also invests in the best employees’ training and refresher courses through its 360° Evaluation Program. We design the work space of our restaurants so that our employees have the maximum comfort and most effective layout to allow them to do their work efficiently. Our motivational system also includes free meals for all employees, health care, organisation of transportation, gifts for holidays, material assistance, etc.

Our employees’ outstanding achievements at all levels are honored through “The Best of the Best” corporate contest. We appreciate loyalty and commitment, so those who stay with the company for 5, 10 or 15 years are awarded valuable prizes at our annual Day of the Company. We are also actively developing our corporate communications, promoted by in-company media resources such as our corporate newspaper ROSINFO Review, local intranet, and video news releases. Every employee can have a meeting with the CEO to discuss various matters concerning the company, or may also address any questions to the management by a special e-mail address.

Rosinter Restaurants Holding follows rigorous hygienic and sanitary procedures at each restaurant. Across Russia and the CIS, we seek to follow the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) which has become a European Union law. HACCP standards are used by most major international restaurant chains. The program includes strict guidelines on the proper handling, preparation and storage of all food products. Our team of regional managers performs comprehensive restaurant audits to evaluate all food safety-related areas. All the employees take a food safety training course.
